The Annual Bark and Bowl Tournament is an annual non-profit fund raising event benefiting the DFW Metro Golden Retriever Rescue organization. Come join us for bowling and fun in our inaugural Bark and Bowl Bowling tournament. By participating in the Annual Bark and Bowl Bowling Tournament, you are helping the DFW Metro Golden Retriever Rescue organization in their efforts to save the lives of dogs that deserve a "Strike" at finding a forever home. DWMGRR is an all-volunteer organizations having non-profit, 501(c)(3) status with the IRS. A portion of your sponsorship and donation may be tax deductible. The Bark and Bowl Tournament is the only bowling tournament in the Dallas/Fort Worth area that is dedicated to saving homeless and discarded Golden Retrievers, one of the most popular dog breeds in the United States. Supporting this tournament is a great way to send a positive message to both existing and prospective clients while helping save the lives of deserving Golden Retrievers.

DFW Metro Golden Retriever Rescue is a incorporated organization that rescue homeless Golden Retrievers from city animal control facilities and shelters in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex. We rescue and rehabilitate hundreds of Golden Retrievers that deserve a strike at a happy life. Rescued animals are spayed or neutered, vaccinated and tested for heartworm, and treated if necessary, before they are placed. In addition to our rescue efforts, both groups put considerable effort into educating the public on responsible dog ownership by participating in pet fairs and other public events.
